Language Services
Mosaic offers several language services, which are tailored to aid newcomers and immigrants in obtaining and improving their English language skills. Mosaic’s language services also include interpretations and translations for various languages spoken in the Ocoee Region, including Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian, German, French, Nepalese, Portuguese, et. al.

Mosaic currently offers:

• Interpretation (oral)
• Translation (written)
• ESL (English as a second language) classes
• German Saturday School (for native and non-native speaking students)

Training Services
Mosaic offers a variety of training opportunities for newcomers to Cleveland, Bradley County and the Ocoee Region. We know how stressful the integration into a new environment can be and Mosaic aims to assist our new neighbors with the settling-in process. Mosaic Training Services educate about the essentials of our community and provide a bridge to close the cultural gap between the newcomers’ places of origin and the Ocoee Region. Mosaic also helps minimize the impact of cultural differences on the workplace.

Business Counseling
Mosaic offers Business Counseling to individuals who are planning to start a business within the Ocoee Region. Through a partnership with the Small Business Development Center of Cleveland, TN (TSBDC), Mosaic is able to assist newcomers and immigrants with the start-up of their entrepreneurial career in Southeast Tennessee. TSBDC counselors provide expert advice on starting a new business or on growing a current business. This service can also be delivered in Spanish (se habla Español).
